座谈会上，双方围绕“低空安全与应用场景”主题进行了深入的交流与研讨，重点探讨了低空经济大数据平台建设、低空安全监测技术研发、低空经济应用场景开发等前沿课题，交换了低空大数据技术在安全监管和产业创新中的应用经验。

许征表示，彭州发展低空经济基础良好、前景广阔，在应急、监测、农业、旅游等低空经济示范性场景取得了阶段性成果，复旦西部国际金融研究院依托复旦大学的科研实力，在大数据、人工智能等领域具备深厚技术积累，希望以此次合作交流为契机，实现资源共享，共同构建开放共享的低空大数据生态体系，在多个层面开展广泛合作，推动校地深度融合，将学术优势转化为推动地方高质量发展的实际成效。

座谈会上，彭州市人民政府与成都市复旦西部国际金融研究院正式签署了共建“低空经济大数据实验室”战略合作协议，这是打造低空经济战略性新兴产业的重要举措，是落实四川省、成都市关于发展新质生产力的具体行动，双方此次携手，将共同打造集科技创新、产业孵化、人才支撑于一体的高能级创新平台，推动低空大数据与人工智能深度融合，为低空经济关键技术攻关与产业化发展注入强大动能。
